It just wouldn't be Valentine's Day without Pepe le Pew! I made this card for two challenges this week. The challenge at Cupcake Crafts (http://cupcakecraftschallenges.blogspot.com) was to use red and white all over. The other challenge at Cute Card Thursday (www.cutecardthursday.blogspot.com) is Challenge #99 "In the Name of Love".
