Czy może być coś lepszego niż kanapka z "plynącym" serem, łososiem i plastrem avokado (dla bardziej lokalnych: ogórek), posypana świeżo zmielonym pieprzem i kubek najlepszej herbaty. Lepsze może być tylko własnoręczne przygotowanie tej kanapki z dobrych, sprawdzonych produktów. Ja jestem maniaczką czytania składu na opakowaniach i pilnie śledzę kraj pochodzenia. Zresztą ludzie jedzą za dużo, naprawdę nie potrzebujemy aż takiej dawki obciążającej ciało i jelita ;-) Jest lżej, jest lepiej, a organizm "nie zasypia" i ma szansę właściwie spożytkować dostarczoną energię. Niszczy nas nadmiar kalorii. Wiem, że brzmi to nieciekawie  (prawda jest taka, że to co weszło i jest niepotrzebne, musi też jakoś wyjść) ale zachodnie cywilizacje wydalają ogromne ilości niestrawionego pokarmu.
