Chic birthday party ideas for kids

As if I didn't have enough on my plate, I'm also planning Lucas's 5th birthday bash, I mean party. But, if there is a kid that deserves a birthday party, that would be him. We have a "Salão de festas" here in the building with a beautiful outdoor area. I'd like for the party to be in the garden but I'm not sure if they allow tables for social gathering in that area. If they do, then I'm half way set because nature will add the best decor. If by any absolutely nonsense reason I'm stuck with only the indoors, then I'm pretty much screwed because the inside space has no charm nor anything close to that. Cheesy is what cheesy does, so I'm trying not to cross that line. So no not because he is a boy I'm going to do everything in blue nor will I do it in pink. Hoping it will be outside and that day will be one of the only five sunny days a year in Sao Paulo then these images are beautiful to get inspired by. Enjoy
